Due to the recent covid-19 pandemic our office will continue doctor/patient visits by telehealth and in-person visits and are accepting new patients at this time.
When you come to the office you must wear a mask. Enter the lobby of the building and ring the doorbell. A staff member will meet you to do a Covid-19 screen and temperature check before you enter the waiting room. There is a limited number of shots scheduled per day in order to comply with social distancing guidelines. If you have been instructed to have an epinephrine device available when you receive your shot, please make sure you have that with you.
If you have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with (or suspected positive) Covid-19 within the last 14 days, please do not come to the office. If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath or any two of the following symptoms: headache, muscle aches, chills, sore throat, repeated shakes with chills or recent loss of smell or taste, please do not come to the office. Call the office or your primary care physician for further guidance.
We hope everyone stays safe and healthy as we do our best to continue your allergy care.
